I made a printable to keep track of your weight loss. When I was doing "Win Loose, or Blog" I had measured my waist right before and then after. I was shocked to realize my waist had shrunk 4 inches. I think it is important to do because I haven't lost any weight recently, but my waist, arms, and hips have shrunk. It's nice to see something going down:) I only get on the scale once a week and measure once a week. Keeps my head in the game and prevents me from being obsessive.
